Marrow bones can be custom cut to fit your recipe. Please include your preferences in your order notes.
Cooking Instructions: Whole marrow can be roasted. Small marrow chips can be added to your stock pot to thicken stew or soup. You can also place them on top of a steak on the grill for something really special.
Ordering Instructions: The weight range options listed above are based on how much this cut usually weighs. We always recommend about 1/2 lb. of meat per person. If the available weight options are not enough to meet your recipe requirements, please use the selector on the right-hand side to choose multiples of this cut.
