We like to cut beautiful, delicate steaks from the lamb sirloin. This makes for a quicker prep and cook time than the traditional sirloin roast, increasing opportunity for introducing lamb to your weeknight cooking routine. A little garlic, salt, lemon and fresh herbs are simple and excellent ways to enhance the natural flavor of our lamb.
Cooking Instructions: Preheat your oven to 300 degrees. Apply seasonings and brown each side of the sirloin steak for two minutes in a cast iron skillet on the stovetop over high heat. Lower your oven temperature to 120 degrees and cook for 4-8 minutes, depending on how you like your meat.
