Best cooking method:
Stew low and slow with water and a little chicken stock to make a stew with an enhanced broth. If you cook these too fast, the meat won’t break down properly. You can use these to make osso buco; the marrow in the bones adds something truly special to this stew with wine and vegetables.
Tips:
