Description: An entire leg of lamb with the bone removed. Great to oven-roast or grill for centerpiece.
Cook Instructions: Rub with olive oil, salt and herbs. Broil each side in the oven. Take leg out of oven, turn down to 325. Tent with foil and cook at this temp until done.
