Boneless pork stew meat cut into approximately 1” cubes.

Cooking Instructions: To make pork stew, heat oil in a cast iron stovetop skillet with garlic and spices. Saute pork stew in mixture, then transfer everything to a stew pot. Add liquid and ingredients of choosing (sweet potatoes and parsnips are great with pork, in season), and let simmer for a long while. These cubes are also great as kebabs on the grill.
