This is the Boston Butt with the bone removed. And it’s not just a delicious treat for large parties. We can cut it to a custom order weight and tie it into a manageable roast.

Cooking Instructions: Boston Butt does well braised, roasted, BBQ-ed, or in a crockpot. The basic gist is you want to cook it low and slow until it’s tender and falling apart. It pairs well with pretty much everything–marinades, sauces, citrus, and more.
