Boneless, skinless thighs are a secret weapon! As versatile as breasts, but not used as often, you can bake or roast these, simmer them in a good sauce (molé, anyone?) or place in a slow-cooker for a nice stewy chicken feast.


Our thighs come two to a pack. A meat thermometer comes in handy for checking doneness of poultry.
