We cut our pork rib chops about 1” thick and with a slight fat cap.

Cooking Instructions: Pork chops are quick and easy. If you’re a fan of chewing on a bone, these are for you. They can be prepped just with salt and pepper and maybe some herbs and spices, or you can marinate or even brine them. Then you want to sear each side either in a cast iron pan on your stove, or on your grill.
