Cooking Instructions: Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Rub the rack with olive oil, salt, and herbs. Roast for 15 minutes, then turn and roast for another 10 minutes. Remove the rack from the oven and let stand for 1o more minutes. Slice between the ribs and serve.
